Have you ever wondered what the beautiful design on the ceramic floor in the front of the church means? 

The intertwined "M" and "A" are sometimes referred to as the Marian Monogram, but they don't represent Mary's initials. Instead, they represent the Latin phrase "Auspice Maria," which means "Under the protection of Mary."

This phrase reminds us that Mary, the Mother of God, is also our mother. When Jesus was on the cross, He generously gave us His mother and entrusted us to her.

He never leaves us without help and always gives us what we need when we need it. Whenever we go astray, He shows us the path that will lead us back to Him, which is often the same way He came to us: through His mother.
