Registration Process

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate
• Two separate checks:
  • Registration fee - (NON-refundable)
  • Supply or book fees - (NON-refundable upon acceptance)

Following Registration: Send the information needed to complete your application within TWO weeks of registration to:

See below for the various forms that pertain to your child. Please print out and mail all applications to the St. Mary School Office.

Acceptance Process

Children must be age appropriate for all programs and grades.

• 3 by August 31st for 2 day program
• 5 by August 31st for Kindergarten
• 6 by August 31st for Grade 1

Order of acceptance is as follows:

• Siblings of children already present in St. Mary School
• Children of teachers working at St. Mary School
• Children of registered, active, and contributing members of St. Mary Parish
• Children transferring from other Catholic Schools
• Children of registered and contributing members of other Catholic parishes
• Other families interested in Catholic education

The Pastor and Principal make all final acceptance decisions.

Programs Offered

Pre-school Programs Offered

• Program A 3 year olds 8:30-11:00AM Tuesday & Thursday
• Program B 3-4 yr. olds 8:30-11:00AM Mon., Wed., and Fri.
• Program C 4-5 yr. olds Noon-3:00PM Mon., Tues., Thurs., and Fri.

Kindergarten is a full day class.

There are different forms, depending on which grade your child will be attending - they are listed, below, by grade. Click on the name of a particular form to display it. When you click the name of a form, a new web-browser window will open. Near the top of the page, you'll see the following "toolbar" of buttons. Click the "Print" button (shown below with a red box around it) to print a copy of the form. Fill it out, following the instructions on the form, then mail it in to St. Mary School.
