Registration Process
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- Two separate checks:
- Registration fee - (NON-refundable) - $100.00
- Supply or book fees - (NON-refundable upon acceptance)
- $150.00 Preschool Program A&B supply fee
- $175.00 Preschool Program C supply fee
- $300.00 K-8 book fee
Acceptance Process
Children must be age appropriate for all programs and grades.
- 5 by August 31st for Kindergarten
- 6 by August 31st for Grade 1
Order of acceptance is as follows:
- Siblings of children already present in St. Mary School
- Children of teachers working at St. Mary School
- Children of registered, active, and contributing members of St. Mary Parish
- Children transferring from other Catholic Schools
- Children of registered and contributing members of other Catholic parishes
- Other families interested in Catholic education
The Pastor and Principal make all final acceptance decisions.

Instructions for Forms
There are different application packages, depending on which grade your child will be attending - they are listed, below, by grade. Click on the name of a particular package to display it. When you click the name of a form, a new web-browser window will open. Near the top of the page, you'll see a "toolbar" of buttons. Click the "Print" button to print a copy of the package. There are several forms in each package. Fill out all of the forms in the package, following the instructions on the form, then mail all the forms to St. Mary School.
