Online Student Progress
|
 |
St Mary School uses online grading for grades 4 through 8. The technology provides a secure, accurate, time-saving tool for keeping track of student progress. We use TeacherEase from Common Goal Systems.
We send home paper progress reports and report cards each quarter. A parent or guardian must sign the report envelope where indicated, and the student must return the envelope to school. In addition, parents are granted access to view their child's detailed gradebook during a five-day period at progress report and report card time. Parents will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions each time.

For your convenience, a link to the TeacherEase website is on each page of the Calendar section of this website.

St. Mary Gift Cards
The St. Mary Parents’ Association is pleased to share some exciting news about a new fundraising program for our organization. It’s called “scrip”, and it’s the fundraising program that works while you shop. Participating retailers agree to sell gift certificates to our organization at a discount. Member families like yours buy the certificates for full face value, they redeem them for full face value, and our school keeps the difference as revenue.

Hot Lunch Menu
To all new St. Mary students:
St. Mary’s has a Hot Lunch Program for all students. Each day has one hot entrée, either a salad or pasta option and three sandwich choices. Lunches are pre-ordered by the month. In order to receive lunch you must fill out the order form. The menu usually comes out in the beginning of the month depending on the school calendar. Please return the forms by the deadline to ensure enough time to process the menus and purchase the food items. Each menu has a minimum order at the bottom, this helps maintain the program and allow us to offer all of the items each day and support our staff. Each homeroom will have a list of purchased lunches posted to remind students if they have ordered for the day and what item they ordered. A beverage is not included; students may purchase milk at the beginning of the year or bring in their own drink. If your student has any food, allergies please be aware we do not know all the ingredients in the food items. Thank you in advance for supporting the Hot Lunch Program!
In the event that you did not receive a menu/signup-form, you can print off your own copy. Click here, which will open a browser window displaying the current menu/signup-form; then click the "Print" button at the top of the window.
- The Deadline for the March 2010 menu is February 12th.
- Please remember you are ordering lunch for your student for the month of March.
- Please remember to return your menus in by the deadline.
