Cecile Coté

I am blessed to be a part of the St. Mary School family and am thankful each morning to walk through the doors of our wonderful Media Center. It is exciting to work with new technologies that provide our students excellent tools for learning and expression.

I enjoy teaching information literacy and library skills, as well as promoting an appreciation of literature. My goal is that students of all ages will turn to books not only as a means of enrichment, but also for the pure joy of reading a beautifully written and masterfully crafted story.

Prior to coming to St. Mary School, I worked as an editor for the high-tech industry and the medical field. I have always had a passion for words, language, and literature.

My husband and I have four grown children, all graduates of St. Mary School. In addition to my primary joy of reading, I enjoy gardening, bicycling, hiking, and canoeing.
