Kathy Brookhart

Prior to coming to St. Mary School, I worked for many years in the health care field, as a receptionist, and as an office manager. I had been working in a nursing home setting for the past 15 years and love being with older people. Oh, how much I have learned from them, how much love I received from them. After 15 years I wanted to change the time I was spending at work and felt I wanted to spend more time with my family. St. Mary School seemed to offer the perfect solution to a difficult decision. I have found that the wisdom, love, and caring I experienced throughout my years at the nursing home is not so different from the love, wonder, and excitement found in the young children and families here at St. Mary School. Young or old we are all people to treasure.

I am very grateful to be at such a beautiful school, working with and for exceptional people. This is the perfect job allowing me the opportunity to interact with families, faculty, and the children of St. Mary School.

When I am not "in school" I really enjoy sewing, needlework, reading, and spending lots of time with my family.
