CCD Registration Procedures

When to Register

Forms will be sent out in the early Spring and MUST be returned to the Religious Education office by June 30th. Registration is mandatory each year for each grade.

5th - 8th Grade Registration for 2010/2011

Registration for your 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th grader in the general program is a two part process.

Fill out and return the registration form for your child due no later than June 30, 2010 as we need these completed forms prior to the August class sign ups.
Be sure to come to class sign ups in the church hall on one of the following dates in August to enroll your son/daughter in an in-home class that will hopefully fit your schedule.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 28, 2010 10 AM – 12 PM
SUNDAY, AUGUST 29, 2010 10 AM – 12:15 PM
MONDAY, AUGUST 30, 2010 6:30PM – 8 PM

Please Note: The above sign-up dates do not apply for students of grades 5, 6, 7 and 8 who have registered for the Households of Faith Program.

Classes fill very quickly. We cannot guarantee placement in a class if you do not come to the Hall to enroll your child on one of the above sign-up dates.

Fees

Registration fees for weekly general program, Hoursholds of Faith program, in-home program and high school program are as follows:

first child	$70.00
second child	$60.00
all other children	$50.00
max for each family	$180.00

Sacramental Programs:

Catholic School Eucharist Program	$25.00
Catholic School Confirmation Program	$70.00

Fees are decreased by half for volunteer Catechists
