New Office Opens at St Mary School

St Mary School proudly announces the opening of our new Advancement Office.  During the creation of our strategic plan St Mary School identified the need to provide alternative means to defray rising costs of catholic education.  One way for this goal to materialize was to allow for the formation of a Development Committee to drive and provide focus for this crucial activity.

The new office will be staffed by Wendy King and Christina Nathan.  In addition to being parents of St Mary School students, both are extremely energetic and bring a wide array of talents to the school's development program.

One of the most important goals within the Development Area of the Strategic Plan was the creation of a formal Advancement Office.   This office would then become the nucleus of all development activity.  These areas of activity will include:

• Support most pressing needs facing St. Mary School and develop an Annual Campaign to address those needs.
• Expand Endowment Fund at St. Mary School
• Create a systematic and organized approach to development including grant funding, corporate match programs and a special gifts/bequests program.
• Expand and develop St. Mary School Alumni Association by updating the current database, expand alumni communication, and develop alumni relations.
