Doing Their Bit

Nine young people, their youth minister and two advisers traveled to Eastman, Georgia in a 15-passenger van. They spent from August 9 to 16 working on doors and door frames, scraping and painting. They helped in painting walls and putting up ceilings in dorm rooms for the college and high school students who spend time throughout the year working at this Dodge County Habitat for Humanity shop. The travelers were: Youth Ministries Director, Evan Cuthbert, Katie Deluca, Liz Foley, John Ahern, Kara Evans, Dan Florin, Tom Mangan, William Hetzler, Tom Conley, Roy Amin, and advisers, Matt Kossack and Paul Gannon.
