Parish Nurse Program

Mission Statement

The Parish Nurse Program of St. Mary's provides a link between the needs of the whole person, body, mind and spirit, and the resources of the church and the community.

Parish Nursing

Is a ministry shaped by Christ's mission of healing the whole person: Body, Mind and Spirit.

For information regarding current groups and/or classes, contact the health ministry office at 508.925.7647

Health and Social Assessments for Parishioner Needs

Parish Nurse visits individuals, couples and families in their homes to determine what special needs the parish can assist in filling without duplicating services provided by other agencies. Referrals to outside agencies. Important to work with families who may live a distance from elderly parents or relatives living locally.
